"The theme of this year’s international event is Improve Our Support Systems, and members of Down Syndrome Ireland are asking you to Support Our Dreams. Everyone has the right to support and the right to dream big. Down Syndrome Ireland needs your help to ensure our members can live the life they’ve always dreamed of."

If you would like to support , there is a walk taking place this Sunday 23rd March at 11am in Rathwood, Co. Carlow. Donations can be made on the day 🩵 I will be there supporting the gorgeous Ava Bowes 🩵💛

As an IAIM instructor, I can welcome families of children with any special needs to my classes up to the chronological age of 7 years old.
