The HSE has announced a new expanded partnership with Togetherall - a free online peer-to-peer mental health support community where people aged 16 to 30 can connect with others who understand what they’re going through.

The initiative builds on the proven success of Togetherall’s work with third-level students in Ireland, but it also aims to increase access to mental health support for young people who may not otherwise engage with traditional services.

Togetherall is a 24/7 anonymous online community that is clinically moderated by registered mental health professionals. It offers a safe, non-judgmental space for people who are experiencing issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, loneliness and isolation to share experiences, connect with others and access peer support.

It’s exhausting pretending you’re fine.

If you’re struggling with low mood, depression, anxiety or bipolar, support is available.

You are not alone.

A moment of patience...

27/10/2025

Beware of these habits that can haunt your wellbeing 👻
🚫 Bottling things up
🚫 Pushing through burnout
🚫 Doomscrolling before bed or first thing in the morning
🚫 Ignoring your boundaries
🚫 Negative self-talk

These habits might feel small in the moment, but over time they can chip away at your mental health.

💛 Instead, try checking in with yourself, setting small boundaries, and being kinder to your mind.
