🦹‍♀️Super mama feedback
🧡I am so grateful to have such heart led and open women in my community
🥹This mama just sent me this, and she poured her whole self into it
🤗I LOVE how much she talks about connection
😌How our group supported her to connect with herself as a mama, connect with the music, her baby and the other mamas
🎵Singing and connection are so powerful in supporting those “darker days”
🤓The research is clear too, singing in a group is more effective than usual forms of treatment for PND
👐We are always open to new mamas joining this super special, supportive and nurturing group- just get in touch if you would like to join us

People ask us all the time… “So what is Singing Mamas? Is it just singing?”

And yes, we sing.

But it’s so much more than that.
It’s the feeling you get when you walk into a room and feel welcomed.
It’s the ease that comes back into your body.
It’s the spark you thought you’d lost for a moment.

It’s singing… and it’s you finding you again 🧡✨

Lovely feedback from a wonderful mama that we met on Friday!!
The atmosphere was 🙌because of all the lovely mamas, babies and older kids and the SNACKS were EPIC - created by all the lovely mums and kids that are part of this gorgeous growing community!!

Thank you to the amazing mamas, babies, toddlers and older kiddos for the most energetic and fun filled Halloween singing mamas session
Thanks to the wonderful staff at Greencastle community centre for looking after us so well
We had some epic costumes 🎃and plenty of craic
Some very talented bakers in our community too 😋🎂🍰🧁
