Acknowledgement - Month's Mind Mass - Marion Doherty, Eleven Ballyboes, Greencastle
We, the family of the late Marion Doherty wish to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who supported and sympathised with us on the recent passing of our much loved mother, grandmother and wife Marion.
Thank you to all those who called to our home, attended the wake or funeral or both, sent sympathy/mass cards, offered donations, travelled long distances or remembered us in prayer, we are deeply grateful.Your kindness and support brought great comfort at a very difficult and sad time.
We would especially like to thank our immediate and extended family, neighbours, friends and those in the local community who provided and helped with food and refreshments. The generosity, support, and care shown will never be forgotten.
A sincere thank you to each of mums carers, your compassion, kindness and patience, made a meaningful difference to her life and brought us comfort as a family. A particular word of gratitude goes to Mary from the palliative care team and Etain the public health nurse. We will forever remember the care, kindness and dignity they showed to her and to us.
A huge thank you to Eamonn from Eamonn McLaughlin Funeral Director for his kindness, professionalism and empathy.
To Father O’Doherty for celebrating the beautiful requiem mass for Marion and to everyone who participated in the mass.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere gratitude and appreciation. Your kindness and support will always be remembered.
Marion’s Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Marys chapel, Ballybrack on Sunday, 5th October at 11.30am.
May Marion Rest in Peace.
