I specialise in helping people who struggle with self-doubt, low self-worth, and the fear of making mistakes or failing-because I’ve been there myself.

I spent years doubting myself. I never felt good enough to chase my dreams or step outside my comfort zone. Social anxiety made me shrink away in groups, hoping no one would notice me. Even a simple “hello” would make me blush and want to hide.

I became a perfectionist and a people-pleaser, always working hard, always afraid of letting others down or being judged for my mistakes. On the outside, I looked confident and outgoing. Inside, I was a scared little girl who just wanted to feel accepted and genuinely confident-not just put on a brave face for others.

I tried everything-counseling, hypnotherapy, energy healing, meditation, self-help books. Some of it helped, but nothing truly changed how I felt deep down. That is, until I discovered Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). RTT helped me finally understand and heal the root causes of my self-doubt and anxiety. It was the turning point that allowed me to feel confident from within.

RTT Case Study Series #2: Breaking the Cycle of Social Anxiety

“Every time I walk into a room, I feel like everyone’s judging me.”

Meet Alex (name changed for privacy), someone who could be your neighbour, your coworker, or even you. Outwardly, Alex was friendly and capable. But inside, social situations filled him with dread and self-doubt.

What we say in our minds can shape how we feel, both emotionally and physically. I used to struggle with negative self-talk, constantly doubting my worth and abilities. I would criticize myself, thinking that if I pushed myself hard enough, I could somehow prove my value.

In those moments, I felt trapped—stuck in a cycle of self-judgment and fear. The truth is, speaking to ourselves with kindness and compassion can change everything. When I began to shift my inner dialogue, I noticed a profound difference in how I approached challenges and setbacks.

Affirmations are powerful statements of truth that help replace negative self-talk. When we say things like, "I love my body as it is today," or "I give myself permission to feel this way without judgment," we’re planting seeds of positivity in our minds. These statements aren’t just empty words; they reflect the truth of our worth and potential.

Be kind to yourself. You deserve the same love you give to others. 💖

It's easy to give others our love and compassion, but we often forget to extend that same care to ourselves.

Self-compassion isn’t just a nice idea—it’s essential for our well-being. When you treat yourself with kindness, you create a positive mindset that fuels growth, resilience, and happiness. You are worthy of love and understanding, just as much as anyone else. ❤

Constant self-criticism can take a real toll on our well-being. It can lower self-esteem, increase anxiety, and even negatively affect our relationships. When we focus too much on our flaws, we hinder personal growth and make it harder to achieve our goals.

Instead of being our own harshest critic, what if we tried approving of ourselves just as we are? Shifting towards self-acceptance can not only improve our mental health, but it also boosts motivation and helps us build stronger connections with others. Let go of the negative self-talk and move towards selfcompassion and self acceptance.

Letting go of negative self-talk can feel challenging, but it’s possible with the right approach.

Here’s how to start breaking free from those harmful thoughts:

Become Aware of Negative Thoughts: Start by noticing when the negativity appears. Mindfulness practices, like journaling or meditation, can help you catch those negative patterns early.

Challenge Your Thoughts: When you notice negative self-talk, ask yourself if it’s based on facts. Replace harsh judgments with more realistic, compassionate statements—like "I didn’t succeed this time, but I can learn from it."

Practice Self-Compassion: Treat yourself with the same kindness you'd show a friend. Acknowledge your mistakes without harsh criticism and allow yourself to grow from them.

Use Positive Affirmations: Affirmations like "I am capable" or "I am enough" can help counteract negative thoughts and boost self-esteem.

Surround Yourself with Positivity: Engage with supportive people and environments that encourage growth and positivity, and focus on activities that make you feel good.

"Feeling lost in myself and unsure where I was heading, I decided to try RTT. After reading the positive reviews, I contacted Tara.
