The Clinic facilities include a fully equipped confidential treatment room, exercise rehabilitation studio, equipment, showers, pilates and yoga studio. Clients can self-refer to the clinic or they may be referred from there GP's, Consultants or other health care practitioners. The Clinic is open 6 days a week and the studio 5 days a week, with late appointments available. Home visits, nursing home visits, sports site and pitch-side services are also available. Pilates is a mind and body conditioning exercise programme that targets the deep postural muscles of the abdomen and spine to improve overall central core stability and posture. The medical world is now recognising the benefits of Pilates for the prevention and rehabilitation of back injuries , for sports performance enhancement and in the ante and post natal periods. All classes are taught by an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist and are available at lunch time, and Saturdays. Treatments Costs:
Consultations including assessment and treatment cost is 50euros. As your treatment is provided by a Chartered Physiotherapist you can recover the costs of your treatment through your health insurance. Tax relief may also be claimed on treatment costs.
