The Boyle AC Couch to 5K programme is almost ready to begin โ€“ and if youโ€™ve ever thought about getting back into exercise, starting jogging, or simply doing something positive for yourself, this is the perfect place to start.

Couch to 5K is designed for absolute beginners, with gradual progress, expert coaching, and fantastic support every step of the way. You donโ€™t need to be fit, fast, or experienced โ€“ just willing to give it a go.

๐Ÿ‘‰ There will be an open information & registration evening this coming Thursday, where you can meet the coaches, ask questions, and find out why this programme has helped so many people go from the couch to confidently jogging 5K.

Boyle A.C. are thrilled to launch our inaugural 5K Road Race ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

๐Ÿ“… Friday, July 18th at 8PM
๐Ÿ“ Starting at Boyle Abbey, participants will run along the scenic Boyle Canal. Full course details will follow
