✨ Today we said goodbye to Jenna , as it was her last day with us at Hot Yoga & Recovery Carrick.

Jenna has been with us since the very beginning and played such a huge role in helping us build our studio into the welcoming, state-of-the-art space it is today. As the heart of our front of house, she’s been a friendly face, a helping hand, and a big part of our community.

We’re so grateful for everything she’s done, and we’ll miss her energy and warmth around the studio. ❤️

After an early career in accountancy and marketing Frank spend most of his business life travelling the world as a senior executive with a US multinational.

In May 2009 Frank took his first Bikram Hot Yoga class. Frank has had a huge improvement in his health and general well-being through the consistent practice of Bikram Yoga.

Frank decided to go Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Spring 2015 in Koh Lak, Thailand. He was trained by Bikram for 9 weeks and was certified on June 20th 2015 and taught his first class in Kata beach in Phuket the next day. After training Frank travelled and taught in Beijing, China, Grapevine, Texas, Ormond Beach, Florida and in Merrimack Valley, Massachusetts with the famous Bikram Yoga teacher mentor Teri Almquist. Since returning to Ireland Frank has been consistently teaching at Bikram and

❄️Winter Opening Hours❄️

As the sporting season begins to wind down, we would like to thank you for your continued support these past few months and for keeping us so busy. Owing to a decrease in demand for our Recovery Rooms, we have decided to reduce our opening hours during the winter months. We will be operating a booking only system, and bookings can be made via 0874940123 or by 📱 Instagram/ Facebook DM.

Team bookings are still available 7 days a week, but we ask that they are booked at least 24hrs in advance if possible to ensure we can facilitate them.

Our Hot Yoga and Inferno Pilates classes will still run as normal 🧘🏻‍♀️🔥🏋🏻‍♀️🥵.

⭐️ Care for Caolan Fundraiser ⭐️

Caolan Finnegan was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer in August last year aged just 20 years old. Since then Caolan has undergone serval rounds of treatment in Germany costing thousands of euro. We here at Hot Yoga and Recovery Carrick wanted to do our bit to help raise funds for this worthy cause.

On Sunday July 7th we will host an open day, showcasing the different facilities we offer with all money raised going directly to the ‘ Care for Caolan’ fund.

8:30am - Inferno Hot Pilates (€20)

Walk- ins welcome, however booking is advised.

There will be donation buckets available in the studio and recovery rooms on the day as well as access to the QR codes for the ‘ Care for Caolan’ gofundme page.
