This approach covers the physical, mental/emotional and spiritual aspects of a person bringing back a sense of balance into their lives. Rachael has been working as a holistic therapist for ten years completing her first Diploma in 2001 in Anatomy & physiology and Swedish massage. She continues her studies in Complimentary therapies to this day with Continuous Professional Development courses ever

y year which is a pre-requisite for membership to The Irish Massage Therapists Association (IMTA) of which Rachael is a member. Rachael has also trained as a Reflexologist receiving her diploma from the Irish Reflexologist Institute (IRI) in 2009 and continued with her studies with specialized training in Pregnancy & Ante Natal Reflexology in 2010. Believing that the body is more than just a physical entity Rachael believes that true healing comes from the balance of Physical Mental Emotional & Spiritual aspects of an individual, she began her Reiki training in 2004 and has since achieved Reiki Master Level in several disciplines of Reiki including Traditional Usui Reiki Reiki Seichem Tibetan and Kundalini Reiki. Rachael has also studied Crystal Therapy & Healing since 2005 and has trained with Judy Hall in the U.K in 2008. Rachael teaches Crystal Therapy & Reiki workshops in Sulis and throughout Ireland. In 2013 Rachael Completed further training in Sports Injury Massage, Kinesiology and also qualified to teach ITEC courses which is an exciting venture which will be starting in Sulis later in 2013.
