It’s been 2 months today since my lovely father passed away.
85 years strong, a gentle giant & warrior until the end.
My sisters & I miss him very much 🥹

No better feeling as a
reflexologist than to hold newborn feet, especially when they belong to your baby niece 💕

Baby Ríbh and Mama had regular sessions throughout pregnancy, she is the most chilled out little girl and now post partum loves to get her feet rubbed!
I had to show her off for before World Reflexology Week comes to an end.

After birth ‘reflexology babies’ are very calm, suckle better and are less prone to colic.

Studies have shown that by starting reflexology by 32 weeks can reduce the need of induction by 70% and can reduce labour time to 4 hours
