I was working in The Misty Hollows on Saturday it was an amazing powerful day of Shamanic work with great outcomes 🙏 thank you to everyone ❤️

See the photo this is from my resent holiday, a boat trip into dark caves. This photo reminds me of the work that happens during Shamanic sessions, bringing the light into the buried trauma we hold within us.
During a session on Saturday, while working at the clients feet Spirit showed me 2 lines coming from 2 toes, the lines met at a point on the foot when I put pressure on that point, energy like an electrical shock went up through the client, there was a blockage there that needed to be cleared.
Spirit knows what each person needs it's important for the person to trust, let go & let God, its also important that after the session that the person looks after themselves, self care, no drinking or partying, stay away from negative situations/people. As new energy needs time to intergrate into the place where the trauma was removed. Much ❤️ Pauline
