Happy September, everyone!
If you are thinking of joining a Wellness/activitiy programme, for Autumn, do consider our new and very exciting 6-wk Yoga Detox /HITT Challenge.
This is a unique blend of 3 X 6.15am morning classes and 1 X 8.30pm evening class, all beautifully integrated to give you a complete holistic Wellbeing experience.
And it's a lot more....much more than a physical workout. We work on calming and focusing the mind, strengthening and awakening the body, letting go of tension, stiffness, and all the crap that limits us. We explore reconnecting with our more creative, caring and authentic selves. It truly is a transformative 6 weeks. It's challenging and requires commitment and effort but change always is and the rewards are absolutely worth it, especially when we share and grow together.
No need to leave your home, travel, look for baby sitters. The programme is designed to meet YOUR busy needs. We also hope to meet up in person for a few gatherings, Camping out on this FRIDAY Sept 3rd!!!!!! a cuppa, a chat, a dance and whatever else we collectively decide.
I will share some of the latest evidence, strategies videos and much more, that highlight the importance of gut health, brainwave immune, lymphatic and nervous system functioning for optimum health.
