Christmas Day Charity Swim 🌊🎅🏼

Just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who donated, braved the freezing cold water to swim, and supported us on Christmas morning. It truly meant the world ❤️

With 30 swimmers and many supporters both in person and online, what was meant to be a small local event surpassed all expectations, raising an incredible €2,000 for Brain Tumour Ireland. This will help support vital research that can make a real difference for those affected by this illness.

Christmas Day Swim 🌊🎅🏼

This year’s Christmas Day Swim will take place at Gulladoo Lake, Carrigallen at 12:30PM on December 25th.

This cause is incredibly close to my heart. This year we are fundraising for Brain Tumour Ireland. Brain tumours can affect anyone at any age.

Brain Tumour Ireland provides support groups for those affected by a brain tumour diagnosis and for their families. They are also involved in several research projects and have recently launched a guide to help people recognise brain tumour symptoms in children and teenagers.

We would love for you to join! Everyone is welcome to come along — to dip, watch, donate, or all three! There will be buckets for cash donations on the day, and if you can’t make it, there’s a QR code on the poster for online donations 🙌🏻

Hydration tips 💦

With the spell of good weather happening at the minute, it’s important to keep our hydration levels up, especially if you’re doing lots of running, training or playing sport.

Isotonic drinks, like lucozade sport, are great for providing carbs and electrolytes in a pinch as we lose water and salts via sweat during these activities. This can lead to muscle cramping.

Sometimes if you’re rushing or don’t have time to get to a shop, a good homemade alternative is:

•A glass of water
•A drop of Mi-Wadi
•A pinch of salt

Hi all,

First off I just want to say a massive thank you to all that have supported myself and my business since it’s opening in October 2023. I can never put in to words how much it means!

The time has come for me to return to study for the next few months. The clinic will be closed from Friday the 29th of August, for a short while. You will be the first to know of it’s return 🙌🏻

There will be some availability over the next few months so make sure to keep an eye out on this page.
