After a lovely holiday I’m back recharged, refreshed and full of energy — and I can’t wait to start a new block of classes with all of you! 💪🧘‍♀️

☀️ A Moment of Peace Above the Ocean ☀️

Today was one of those unforgettable moments that remind you how beautiful life truly is.

While on holiday in Albufeira, Algarve, my partner and I tried parasailing for the first time — and it was absolutely incredible.

Suspended 130 metres above the ocean, floating quietly in the sky, watching the stunning Algarve coastline stretch endlessly beneath us… it was pure magic.

The weather couldn’t have been more perfect for a March day — 20°C, sunshine, and not a single cloud in the sky.

Up there, everything felt calm, peaceful and beautifully balanced. Just the ocean, the sky, the wind and the breathtaking view of nature from above.

Moments like this remind me how important it is to step outside your comfort zone, try new experiences and truly live.

I felt incredibly grateful and blessed for this experience — and I can honestly say:

✨ Parasailing is something everyone should try at least once in their life.

One thing I often hear from clients is:
"Healthy eating is impossible on holidays."

But the truth is — it really isn’t.

When you understand how nutrition works, holidays don’t have to mean losing all the progress you’ve made.

In fact, they can be a beautiful opportunity to practice balance.
In most all-inclusive hotels, the buffets are actually full of amazing choices:

🥗 fresh salads
🐟 grilled fish
🍗 lean proteins
🥦 vegetables
🍉 fruit
🥔 simple whole carbohydrates

It’s surprisingly easy to build a nutrient-dense plate that supports your energy, digestion and recovery.
And the same goes for restaurants.

Most places offer fresh, whole, nourishing meals if you simply choose them intentionally.

But here’s the part many people forget…
Healthy living is not about perfection

Pizza night.
A burger by the beach.
A dessert after dinner.
None of these will ruin your progress.

What matters is the overall pattern, not a single meal.
A great guideline I always share with my clients is the 80/20 principle:
• 80% whole, nutritious foods
• 20% flexibility for enjoyment and social moments

This approach supports both physical health and a healthy mindset around food.

As a Personal Trainer, Yoga & Pilates teacher, I love combining the science of nutrition with the psychology of habits. Because real wellbeing happens when body, mind and lifestyle work together.

Achieving goals isn’t about feeling motivated every single day.

It’s about being driven. It’s about discipline.

Motivation fluctuates. Life gets busy. Energy shifts.
But when you’re deeply connected to what you love — you keep going anyway. You stay consistent. You stay committed. You honour the vision.

And this weekend feels so special.

Loving my Sunday so far. A long forest walk, 11,000 steps before 1pm, birds singing, soft drizzle on my face, and the loveliest company — my partner by my side ❤️

Most Sundays we go to the gym and spa together — a few relaxing hours just for the two of us after a busy week. That time together is sacred. It keeps us grounded and connected.
And tonight we’re celebrating with a lovely family dinner 🥳

Because yesterday I officially qualified as a Personal Trainer, Gym Instructor and Fitness Instructor.

What a huge milestone in my long-term plan.

The past months have been intense. Studying late into the evenings. Revising theory. Practicing programming. Sitting exams. While still running my classes, coaching my clients, building my business, managing house life — and being a mum of two.
There were moments of doubt. There were long days. There were sacrifices.

But every hard season strengthened me. Every challenge shaped my resilience. Every obstacle built the woman I am becoming.

And today… I finally allow myself to relax.

To release.
To rest.
To breathe without pressure.
To enjoy without a deadline hanging over me.
To feel proud.
To feel deeply grateful.

Because growth is built quietly.
Discipline beats motivation.
Vision beats excuses.
Passion beats comfort.
And I am so ready for this next chapter.
