🔹 Plank with leg lift – add a challenge & activate glutes

🕒 Quick Daily Plank Routine (3–5 Minutes):

1. 30 sec Forearm Plank

2. 30 sec Side Plank (each side)

3. 30 sec Plank with Shoulder Taps

4. 30 sec Rest
