You don't need another quick fix - No need to look up "how to lose Xkg in X weeks" or "how to relax"...

If you treated yourself through times of change how you'd treat your child or your dog, it'd be totally different

And I'm getting if you think about some of the things you do or say or think to yourself, you'd be absolutely appalled if I asked you to say them to someone else...
Am I right?

I went back and forth for ages when deciding to leave my PT job...

The truth was even though I loved it, I just didn't have the time

I was spreading myself too thin and couldn't pour in to myself or my own health and that made me feel like I could give 100% to any of the clients (PT or Kinesiology)...

And now I'm able to take that knowledge from the gym floor and apply it with Kinesiology for my own coaching program ❤️

And who knows what'll happen in the year(s) to come ✨

Stress Regulation can look like meltdowns or tuning out, and they can be similar or opposites depending on if it's adults or kids I'm working with 🫠

Tools for regulation are so important for everyone that's why I started making this connection in last week's Kinesiology sessions 🗝️

Self sabotage. Willpower. Determination. Nervous system.

If you fall off on habits or goals quickly, it's either down to your nervous system or the body's belief system (or maybe a little of both)!

Balancing both is going to allow the body to understand the changes you want to make are good ones so it can work with you and sabotage or go against you!

If you're child was really sick with a vomiting bug, you wouldn't expect them to go to school and still play all their sports and do their homework and go outside for half an hour and eat a full dinner...

But yet you're asking your body to do that and more when it's already giving you signals that things aren't right!

Expecting the body to do a million MORE things while not giving it the right fuel and support will not make it feel better and start reversing symptoms...

If anything, you'll probably get more symptoms and issues with this approach 🙈

What to do to make night shifts easier!!
(Or if you're constantly waking up during the night, or travelling to different time zones!)

1. Set your sleep time and stick to it
2. lymph movement and hydration are 🗝️
3. Reset the circadian rhythm (body clock) with simple points to balance!
