Our 8 week Swimmin' Women programme is back.
It will be starting on September 9th in Nenagh Swimming Pool & Leisure Centre and has limited availability
It will start week commencing Monday 22nd September in Thurles Leisure Centre , Clonmel Swimming Pool, SeanKellysports Centre and Roscrea Leisure Centre.
The Swimmin' Women programme includes:
• 🏊‍♀️ One weekly coached swim session led by experienced instructors
• 🧭 One weekly self-guided swim session at a time that suits you
• 📘 A structured training manual to support your progress throughout the 8 weeks
