The endless graft, the ups and downs that come with elite sport and the resilience they have both shown through it all has been incredible.

Lauren Dunne pulled off a brilliant victory on the weekend in one of the Irish Cup Tournaments -- as an U16 playing in a U18 tournament! Quite the accomplishment!

She first attended our clinic 6 months ago where we assessed her mechanics, movements and discussed her goals for the future. We designed a plan for her using both manual therapies and S&C to address and attack some areas of her mechanics and fitness that needed attention and she has been working hard on these!

With regular tune ups in the clinic where we smooth out some niggles that appear in high level sport in coordination with working with our S&C coach to push the pace with her fitness, she is hitting her stride.

She is the current #1 rank in Ireland U16 and will continue to compete in International Tennis Federation events this year.

Big things to come for this young lady!

It has been a pleasure for us working with someone with such laser focus, dedication and work ethic.

Our team at Emerald Wellness are delighted for this young man.

It has been an absolute pleasure being a cog in the wheel assisting him in his journey through recovery to performance.

He was diagnosed with stress fractures in the lumbar spine which kept him out of action for most of the 2024 season.

Our team worked together to design an actionable plan to address deficiencies in his movement patterns through the lenses of stability and mobility in a tennis specific manner.

Slow progressive overload in a consistent and controlled environment has helped in the process of getting this young man back on the court.

That being said, a plan without action is of no use -- and to this, a big shout to our S&C/restoration coach and !

It's great to see Eoghan back on the court and hitting his stride, winning the National Indoor Championship and taking home an International Tennis Federation crown this past weekend in Dublin.

We are super excited to see where the future takes this young budding star!
