Head Up

Head Up is an initiative in partnership with Mayo Mental Health Association which aims to foster and improve mental health.

Head Up invites members of the public to participate in hiking excursions around Mayo.

Great day out for our final hike with Head Up this season. We had an early start for our sunrise hike on Croagh Patrick. Thanks to all who got up and joined.

The weather was good to us on our climb up Nephin yesterday. Thank you so much to the fantastic bunch of people who joined us and our two volunteers & .m.beattie. Great to see so many new faces joining Head Up.
