EFT or tapping is a simply and easy method of clearing the energy body. 85% of all dis-ease in the body is caused by blocked emotional energy which can also be called stress. If we learn to clear our energy body each day we can act and think from a much higher perspective. We eat three times a day for our physical body, wash twice a day, do physical exercise to stay in shake, but what do we do for our energy body? Tapping specific meridian points in our bodies helps to keep our energy body clear from stress.
