We are currently looking for a motivated and well organised Care Planner/Scheduler to work with our team in our Sligo office, based in Sligo town.

Requirements:
🎯Excellent communication skills
🎯Ability to work proactively and efficiently
🎯Good knowledge of IT processes

The responsibilities of the Care Planner include and are not limited to;
âś…Accept, assign, and manage referrals for new service users based on the available caregivers in a specific areas.
âś…Communicate effectively with families and the HSE regarding homecare support packages and coordinate services for clients.
âś…Coordinate with clients and their representatives regarding their care needs, providing assistance as needed.
âś…Ensuring that all systems are being used to full capacity and that all contact with caregivers and clients are logged on our IT system.
âś…Liase with recruitment team to facilitate ongoing training for caregivers and any other.

Yesterday, Ethel Caterham became the world’s oldest living person, turning 116 years young. Born in 1909, she’s the last surviving subject of Edward VII and has lived quietly at her own pace with her family in Surrey.

Known for her simple wisdom—"Never arguing, I listen and I do what I like"—Ethel’s calm spirit, resilience, and positive outlook continue to inspire.

Here’s to a life well-lived, marked by grace, strength, and gentle determination. Happy 116th birthday, Ethel!
