We are delighted to welcome Bláthnaid back to the Podi Footcare team. Bláthnaid worked with us for a short period of time back in 2023 and we are very excited to have her back in Castlebar and on our growing little team. Here’s what Bláthnaid has to say:

“I graduated from the National University of Ireland, Galway in 2022 with first class Honours in Podiatric Medicine.
Since completing my degree, I have spent my time gaining experience in all aspects of podiatry, including:
* General routine and foot care
* Diabetic foot management
* Ingrown toenails and nail surgery
* Biomechanical assessments
* Foot and ankle pain management
* Sports podiatry and lower limb injuries

I strive to create an individual and holistic approach for each of my patients in a friendly and relaxed environment. I am passionate about patient education and believe that understanding your condition is essential to achieving the best outcomes. I enjoy challenging my knowledge and keeping up to date with the latest research and treatment techniques. I am delighted to have joined Podi Footcare and look forward to managing your podiatry related needs.”

We are heartbroken. Our beautiful Jack sadly passed away December 14th surrounded by his loving family.

As many of you know, Jack was kind, thoughtful & patient. He always made everyone feel special and he brought such joy to us all.
He was more than just a colleague, he was a true friend and we will miss him greatly.
We love you Jack. Rest In Peace ❤️
