Message to all you gym brothers and you tube PhD training "experts" Just because it's Monday doesn't necessarily mean Learn to listen to your body and the signs it's giving you. Training should be a lifelong learning experience.
Legs are the foundation..

Warm up. Leg Ext 5x20 Leg Curl 5x15-20.
1.Leg Press Single Leg 2x15 2x10 4x8 Increase weight on each bock
2.Squat 5x8.
3.Lunge +RDL Super Set. 5x 6

Leg Ext Single Leg 5x15-20.
Leg Curl 5x15-20

Feeling energised afer my rest day. Take a look at my Chest/Back anttagonistic program. Old school work out based on the legend
shocking principle. Weight is increasing, steady and consistent progress is being made weekly, slow and steady progessive overload.
Warm up Pull over 5x10-12,
All exercises 5x 6-8 1min Rec.
1.Bench Press + Bent Over Row.
2.Incline Bench + Inverted Row.
3. Incline DB Flyes + Lat Pull WG
Finisher. Assisted chin ups x 6 sets to Failure, focus on ROM and time under tension.

A personal favourite
Chest/Back 5x6-10 with drop sets. Aim to hit each body part x2 per week from different angles. No such thing as over training if one has correct nutrition and recovery. DM for the full session.
