Murray Private Ambulance Service provides high quality emergency and non-emergency medical assistance, treatment and out-patient transportation services to the people of Ireland. Murray Ambulance Service Ltd. was established in 2008 by James Murray and his wife Siobhan. James had worked for almost 20 years as a Paramedic and was co-founder of Blackrock Ambulance (established in 1999 and sold on in
2006). Siobhan also works in the retail Drapery trade and brings a wealth of customer care and people skills to the service. Murray Ambulance and all of its practitioners are registered with the Pre Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC). PHECC is an independent statutory body which sets the standards for education and training for pre hospital emergency care in Ireland. The council publish Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPG’s) and recognise institutions to provide pre hospital emergency care training and education. In addition to maintaining a statutory register of practitioners, Council approve pre-hospital emergency care service providers to implement CPG’s. Our service is nationwide with ambulance stations in Galway, Castlebar and Limerick providing a nationwide service including the South, South West and East of the country.
