💫Sound Bath Healing Journey 💫

Gift yourself an evening of deep rest, relaxation, rejuvenation & restoration.

This guided sound journey begins with a focus on your breath, a guided body scan and meditation to allow you to relax, drop out of the head and into your body & settle into the space.

You will be bathed in an immersion of sounds which will facilitate a deeply meditative experience with crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, drums and chimes to help release stress, calm the mind and restore balance to your whole being.

All you need to do is lie back with a heated eye mask (provided) get super cosy, and relax in this immersive experience.

It was a beautiful frosty morning for the first of four guided Winter Walks with Monaghan Sports Partnership. in the beautiful Rossmore Park.

Well done to all who braved the icy conditions.

Walking has so many health benefits, physical, mental ,emotional, and socially an opportunity to build connections in a group setting.

Next week, our walk is around Ballybay Park .

I have completed training as a Get Ireland Walking facilitator last year and i will be undertaking these Free Guided Winter Walks with Monaghan Sports Partnership starting this Saturday Rossmore Park in Monaghan.

Join me for an immersive soundscape .

An hour of deep rest, restoration, meditation & relaxation during this beautiful healing Soundbath with my beautiful new addition :"The eight corners of heaven" Don Conreaux Gong.

What to expect...

Please arrive early so you dont feel rushed and give yourself time to settle in. You will lie down on a yoga mat, with a pillow , blanket, and a heated eye mask will be provided to you. I will offer you rose oil for your third eye, and there will be Oracle cards available.

I will guide you through breath awareness and a body scan to help you relax & drop out of your head into your body before taking you on a journey through sound using Himalayan Singing bowls, Crystal bowls, Gongs, Drums & chimes.

Soundbaths create a deeply meditative experience shifting the brain out of beta waves(overthinking mind) to slower waves of Alpha, Delta & Theta. This is where healing happens. The bodies innate intelligence allows healing to occur when the mind has slowed down.

Some contraindications include sound sensitive Epilepsy, first trimester of pregnancy, severe mental health issues, recent surgery. Please get in touch for further information.
