We’re opening Good Friday and Bank Holiday Monday, along with our usual Saturday & Sunday hours (11am - 7pm) — giving you a few extra chances to drop in if you’re down for the long weekend, visiting family, or escaping for an hour.

With the kids off school and the days getting a little brighter, it’s the perfect time to take an hour for yourself.

Last Sunday,we dropped the price from €15 per session to €12 (20% off) all day....it went down a treat,thank you to everyone for supporting us.

But here's the thing - You can actually enjoy that same price year round !

With our 15 session bundle pass,you'll pay just €180 (saving €45 at €12 a session);
•1 session a week ~ that's 15 weeks of roasting (just under 4 months)
•2 sessions a week ~ that's just over 7 weeks !
•Or share between the family

Because let's be honest......one sauna is never enough.

Join the Criú at Béal Geal Coffee & Sauna (Splashsports)

IMMEDIATE START

We’re looking for someone to join the team for an immediate start, working 2 shifts per week.
We’re currently open Saturdays & Sundays, with the opportunity for more hours from June Bank Holiday when we move to 7 days a week.

Shifts will be a mix of morning or afternoon,weekend availability is essential.

This is a multi-tasking role, where you’ll be responsible for both the coffee dock and sauna, working between the two to keep everything running smoothly.

The Role Includes:

•Preparing and serving coffee & teas of all sorts

•Taking orders and handling payments

•Welcoming guests and checking sauna bookings

•Explaining sauna guidelines and ensuring a safe, relaxed environment

•Maintaining cleanliness across both the coffee dock and sauna areas

•Managing session flow while delivering a friendly, high-quality experience

What We’re Looking For:

•A fiendly, reliable and hands on person

•Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment

•Previous experience in hospitality, wellness, outdoor recreation or cafe environment is desirable but not essential.

•Basic understanding of health & safety and hygiene guidelines.

•Physically capable of light manual work (e.g firewood handling,cleaning and lifting,sweeping)

•Confident working outdoors in all weather conditions

•First Aid qualification (or willingness to complete training.

•Full training will be provided

At Béal Geal, we want to make your seaside sauna experience as smooth, calming, and easy as possible.
Starting this week, we’ll be sharing a weekly tide update the start of every week— giving you the high tide, sunrise, and sunset times for both Saturday and Sunday.

These updates are designed to help you plan the perfect visit to our hidden gem. Whether you're feeling like an early-morning walk with the first light followed by a roast, a midday high-tide dip, or a slow sunset session to close the week, you’ll have all the information you need to choose your ideal moment.

Unfortunately,it's Ireland, and we can't predict the weather so we won't bother with that....
Here’s to weekends well spent, tides well timed, and finding your favourite way to unwind.

This week we recommend booking your session between 3pm & 7pm for the best tide. (5pm session is peak !)
