Will be commencing in on Saturday the 23rd of March (Time-TBC)

🟪 These classes will consist of four one hour sessions.

🟩 To qualify for these classes, You must be;

🟥 Over 18 Years Old
🟧Have no previous combat or self defence experience.
🟨Must be able to commit to the duration of the course.
