to get help in raising your children to be more resilient this summer!! 🥰🥰
On this evening
-
you will be encouraged to look within
re: your own life stresses
(...like all the plates that you could be spinning such as:
- single parenting,
- the cost of living,
- ill health
-caring for aging parents,
- managing your tricky family of origin
- parenting a neurodivergent child
- juggling a low income household,
- becoming aware of addictions
(shopping, gambling, endless doom scrolling
to over working etc etc)
I will help you to become aware of the importance of
your capacity
to self reflect
so that
you can
help your children
with
their anxiety,
managing their screen time,
navigating their friendships,
allowing boredom....
I will provide tips to you on how to -
support them in the midst of sibling/friendship rivalry,
how to deal with challening behaviour's like school avoidance
managing your kid's when they are being
disrespectful in the home
learn how to say 'No' when struggling
with
boundaries
around use of technology
(yours and theirs) etc.
If comfortable you will be welcomed and encouraged to share your personal experience
and I will give you feedback (if you would like)
so you leave
feeling
hopeful,
less alone,
encouraged,
supported
educated
with much more confidence on how to parent
your unique child
whatever the age!!
What you need most is to raise a child who will be a responsible citizen in our world!!
I will guide you through a simple meditation and you will leave with information
on practical,
supportive books
and pod casts
to help to bring peace to their home and beyond.
