Do you feel ‘good enough’? Or do you feel under pressure to be better - as a parent, as an employee, as a carer, as a woman, as a man? Or pressure to be smaller, bigger, younger, wiser, richer...? At the core of Creative Wellbeing's approach, is the belief that we are all ‘good enough’. But when we become separated from that feeling of being good enough we struggle to know who we are, who we were or who we might become given the chance. Creative Wellbeing facilitator Una Egan, encourages you to give yourself a chance to gently re-connect with ‘you’, to gain confidence in your interactions with other people, and to increase your overall sense of self-worth and possibility.
