Microdermabrasion

This is still a go-to treatment of mine. It is so versatile within a salon/clinic and can be used in many ways, on its own or as a prep or an advancement to other procedures.

Remember every technology and device has its place and microdermabrasion is a mechanical exfoliation and can enhance Lymphatic draining. Do not over promise with the desired outcome.

When looking at a device remember not to buy into a trend device, you must know and understand the core of the technology and create your own trend treatments from using devices that will still be popular and making your salon/clinic money in years to come.

Stripping back to basics!

This includes an in clinic visit.
I spend a day with a manager or senior member of staff to review all procedures and policies in place or that need to be implemented, including day to day running of the business from front of house to the full treatment journey, documentation, risk assessments, stock control, staff appraisals, treatment progression, and much more.
From this you will be issued a full report on the findings and then we can work together on a plan to implement changes and progression in the salon/clinic.

Understanding light and wavelength depth is an essential part of educating yourself on Laser or IPL based treatments.

A laser is a solid beam and an IPL has broad spectrum white lights which passes through a cut off filter to narrow the output of light.

A level 4 Laser & Light course is an ideal way of gaining knowledge prior to purchasing a Laser or IPL device, however if this is not suitable or you feel post a level 4 training that you would like more knowledge contact me to have a bespoke upskill training programme organised for you or your business.

I hope you are creating some form of a work - life balance!

Within these periods of lockdown it is so hard to separate all our dutys, such as keeping a home, work, homeschooling and spending quality time with you family, it can all get so muddled together.

You need to zone out from it all, take some time to look after YOU!

Whether that be 30mins in a relaxing bath or just taking the time to sit and read a book or watch a movie. We truly need to look after our own head space. When we are relaxed within ourselves we allow things to come or go in our minds & lives easier and a small amount of exercise daily will help keep our bodies and minds motivated.

🌟These are some of the most commonly asked questions I get, however the question should be "What are the best skincare lines for my salon/clinic"
As for holding more than 1 brand I always think to ensure all clients/patients concerns are met you at least need 2 dynamic brands.

We are so lucky in Ireland to have access to so many amazing skincare lines and they all hold different strengths to assist us in our Aesthetic journey.
