Nice feedback recently this month from a lovely client. All good the natural healthy way.

With this client I did food intolerance testing. Depending on what type of pain you have, whether it’s there a long time or not, maybe it’s an old injury or an unexplained nagging pain in your shoulder or back or knee, here at bio-k health after your consultation I devise a treatment for you designed specifically to target the area of pain.

Eat slowly and chew your food well. This makes such a difference to your digestion.

There is a little less work for your stomach to have to do. Digestion actually starts in the mouth, so the more work you do up there, the less you'll have to do in your stomach. This is part of you doing your bit.
