We have finally had our internet restored and we are back to being fully functional. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the damaged caused by storm Éowyn. We had no power 4 working days and no broadband for 9 working days, despite being given multiple reassurances of a resolution in 24-48 hours.
We are putting contingency measures such as satellite internet and back up power options to minimise disruption due to any future storms.
