Sessions are gentle,calming and adapted to individuals needs with shorter session options available for comfort and ease .A safe ,supportive space to relax ,regulate and simply be .

As a Special Needs fun fitness instructor ,Level 6 SNA and Reiki Master /Teacher my approach to Reiki is grounded in Inclusion,compassion,and respect for every individual, just as they are.
My work is guided by empathy,inclusion, lived experiences ,and most importantly my belief is Healing is for Everyone ,with or without labels .
