The 𝗕𝗥𝗜, published annually by RED C Research, measures how emotionally connected Irish consumers feel to 𝟭𝟳𝟲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆’𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝟮𝟭 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀.

This week marks Men’s Health Week, a week to raise awareness on the importance of looking after our health and supporting each other ‘Shoulder to Shoulder’.

The Men’s Health Forum in Ireland have put together some top tips for Men’s Health in the ‘Action Man’ manual which you can find via the link below. Another great resource the ‘Male Health’ website, from the Irish Men’s Sheds Association, provides a wealth of information about how to discover more about your health and wellbeing and gain a better understanding of health issues common to your age group.
