After feeling her weight was holding her back from living the life she wanted, Kim joined Slimming World and lost 9st 10lbs (61.7kg) 🙌. The best bit? She realised she could still enjoy her favourite foods at big family gatherings – and a drink (or two) with friends 🥂!

Our research says Kim isn’t alone – 85% of Slimming World members were surprised they could lose weight while still eating foods they loved, including roast dinners, fish and chips, and spaghetti Bolognese 🍝.

‘I’m feeling the best I have felt in a very long time!’ Elenor’s (whatelenoreats on Instagram) lost an incredible 3st 2lbs (20kg) and with the help of her Slimming World group and Consultant, she’s built regular exercise and healthy eating into her daily routine 🙌! ‘I started with small goals which I slowly built up… now I’m training for a marathon!’

Losing almost 8st (51kg) helped Kelly find the confidence to be more active – and now moving more is a daily habit! As well as cycling 🚴‍♀️, swimming 🏊‍♀️, and training in the gym 🏋️‍♀️, Kelly loves running – which is good news, as next week she’ll be taking on the London Marathon as part of the Slimming World team and in aid of Alzheimer's Research UK!

‘They didn’t think I’d survive. I recorded a goodbye message to my family’.

Weighing more than 34st (215.9kg), Kenny was in a supermarket with his daughter when he suddenly collapsed – and was placed on a ‘do not resuscitate’ order by doctors. But he fought back 🏆.

With unstoppable determination and invaluable support from his Consultant and friends, Kenny lost an incredible 22st (139.7kg) and has now been crowned Slimming World’s Greatest Loser 2025 🙌.

From fearing for his life to finally living it to the fullest, Kenny is proof that it’s never too late to take those first steps 💫.
