Our workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting and running. Our nutritional advice is always geared toward creating a sustainable healthy diet that gives you the nutrients and energy to live the life you want to live and are able to stick to it! WHAT WE DO:
At Fit Forever Fitness Centre you will find pull-up bars, ropes, kettlebells,
barbells, and wide-open space for squatting, lunging, jumping, climbing, lifting, and moving your body the way it is meant to be moved. This means that all your workouts will be comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life or sport. PERSONAL TRAINING:
We are always looking to maximize your results and our programs are focused on exactly that. No matter what program you choose to do with us there will always be an initial consultation to establish what you are looking to achieve with us and set goals. PERSONAL TRAINING - WHAT TO EXPECT:
Your coach will assess your movement, strength, and technique. They will then set you on the right program to achieve your goal based on your starting point. We will use objective measures as well as your own subjective measures to track your progress throughout the process. You will never have to program your own workouts or spend hours in the gym. Instead, when you train a workout will be provided for you that suits your needs and fitness level. Our workouts are rarely longer than 60 minutes they can fit into even the busiest schedules. BEFORE/AFTER HOURS PERSONAL TRAINING:
We accommodate even those of you who are shy and want to break through the negative emotions when in the gym. For that reason we will train you in a completely empty gym, where is no distraction. WHO IS IT GOOD FOR:
