Cavan SW Tues & Sat is back from 18th & 22nd May.
We are running Venue Virtual (weigh in group & Image Therapy on Zoom) to begin with, - a step closer to full reopening!!
⭐Our sessions will be 9am till 10.30 am Tues & Sat.

Looking for some inspiration ..? Meet the stunning Ciara Smart who joined Slimming World in January 2019, and now our Food Optimising plan is part of her daily life.

On Ciara's first week she asked for help as she had a big work event on. Making a solid plan in her group for the week ahead, she came back with a fantastic 6.5lb loss and hasn't looked back since.

Along her journey Ciara has introduced some Body Magic (activity) to ensure she was creating the healthy lifestyle that she could maintain and has recently given up smoking too!

Ciara says "I tried posting this about 10 times this week and kept deleting it. Then I remembered that it was a post like this that inspired me to join Slimming World. My photos are from January 2019 Vs March 2021. 5 stone gone forever. It's been some journey over the last two years thats for sure, lots of things going on not to mention the aul pandemic 🙄🤣

Still can't quite believe both pics are me. I'm so proud of the changes I made and what i've accomplished in the last two years and hope it might inspire someone else 💖 "

As many of you will know, I’m a Slimming World Consultant. I’m doing a little research and trying to regrow my groups after a very challenging year.
