Our materials are sourced from reputable suppliers who can guarantee quality, warranty and certification for the materials. Our experienced machine operators and coded welders manufacture CE approved structural steel and we can deliver nationwide. We always aim to not only ensure the highest standard of material is produced and installed, but also that your project maintains timelines and professionalism in its execution. Cavan Roofing & Engineering offer complete asbestos removal in commercial and residential properties. All work is done in accordance with industry legislation, and health and safety guidance. 🚧 Progress at DUB10 Data Centre, Clondalkin! 🚧
Cavan Roofing is proud to play a key role in the delivery of this world-class facility, operated by Echelon Data.
Our scope of works includes:
✅ Fabrication and installation of the external stairs – built right here in our Cloverhill yard
✅ Supply and installation of the 400-tonne structural steel frame
✅ Metal decking throughout
✅ Cold rolled purlins to all elevations
✅ Application of intumescent paint for fire protection
DUB10 is a high-spec data centre designed to support over 90 MW of IT load. It features a robust power infrastructure with a 110kV grid substation and a 120 MW on-site energy centre, ensuring scalable and resilient power.
As a carrier-neutral facility, DUB10 connects to all major fibre networks and offers the highest standards of security — including 24/7 monitoring, biometric access controls, and full compliance with data protection requirements.

We’re excited to announce the successful completion of our latest project at Lidl Coleraine — Lidl's largest ever store in Northern Ireland — ahead of its grand opening today!

Our scope of work included:
✅ 2,622 m² of Kingspan 120mm Quadcore KS1000RW roof panels — supplied and installed.
✅ 64 m² of Kingspan 120mm Quadcore KS1000RW vertically laid wall panels between the upper and lower roofs.
✅ Full supply and installation of rainwater gutters and downpipes.
✅ 91 m² of EQC seamlock wall covering.
✅ Design, supply, and er****on of the Trolley Bay canopy structural steel and cold rolled purlins.
✅ Installation of Soprema flat roof membrane on the Trolley Bay canopy.
