At this time of year particularly we may be under excess amounts of stress and sometimes we don't even recognise the symptoms and instead make excuses like tiredness, the weather etc. This often leads to us getting physically ill with colds and viruses. Pause for thought and recognise when you are operating under extra stress and seek to alleviate it before the illness strikes!
