Sometimes we don't know what to say when we see a friend or relative struggling with their mental health. I would always say pleae say something and acknowledge their struggle. If they don't want want to talk about it that's fine but you may find they just need an acknowledgment that you see them.

Announcement: Transition to Online Therapy

As of the end of June, my office lease will be ending, and I’ll be changing to fully online therapy sessions for the foreseeable future.

This decision wasn’t made lightly, but I’m confident it will allow for greater flexibility, accessibility, and continuity of care for all my clients—whether you’re nearby or further afield.

If you’re a current client, nothing will change except the setting—we’ll continue our work together via secure video sessions. If you’re considering starting therapy, this is a great time to begin from the comfort of your own space.
