We finished up our last Friday morning class in the mill yesterday with such an amazing group of commited yogis 💪

I am so blessed to have such incredible people cross my path and hopefully it will happen again - they all have a heart of gold 💛 I am so grateful x

A huge shout out to my Friday Yogis for coming out in the rain yesterday - clearly no one wanted to miss a Yoga Nidra 😅
