Yoga is a wonderful practice for body and mind. It has been practised for thousands of years and it has been proven to make the body healthy and the mind calm, so that contentment, balance and harmony can be brought into daily life. Yoga means union or to "unite". Everyone can practise yoga, even those of us who are unwell. Yoga poses, modified where necessary, help us t

o regain or maintain strength and suppleness of the muscles and joints. Regular practice of yoga may result in many benefits to both the physical and mental states. BENEFITS:

Hatha yoga is suitable for everyone whatever your flexibility or fitness level is and is also excellent for beginners. Yoga classes are offered from a beginner to advanced level. Classes also includes a strong therapeutic approach that enable those with any body restrictions or injuries to enjoy a regular yoga practice. All students are very much encouraged to progress at their own pace. The class will include a gentle breathing practice, simple yoga poses using the breath that will stretch, tone and build strength and flexibility in the body and a wonderful relaxation to close to help you feel more grounded. An introduction to a simple meditation practice is introduced throughout the classes. Yoga is about having some fun and bringing lightheartedness in our daily lives while discovering who you are.

Last night I caught myself replaying a moment from earlier in the day…
You know the one—where you think: “I could have handled that better.”

It’s so human to react fast when we feel pressured, misunderstood or emotionally triggered. But our words have ripple effect and often the thing people remember most isn’t what we said—it’s how they felt.
-
Here’s a simple practice I come back to (and teach in my trainings) called The 3 Gates. It's a powerful and ancient wisdom that still stands the test of time today!
-
Before you speak—or hit send—pause and ask:

✨IS IT TRUE?
If you have a strong thought or hear something, pause and check it out. Do you have the full picture?

✨IS IT KIND?
Honesty doesn’t need to be harsh. The way we say something matters just as much as what we say. What is our energy behind our words?

✨IS IT NECESSARY?
Will this improve the situation? Will it add value or just add to the drama?

This isn’t about saying less!

It’s about saying what matters, in a way that leaves a positive and lasting impression.

Because long after the words are spoken, people remember how they felt.

If you try this today, tell me: which “gate” do you find the hardest in the moment—true, kind, or necessary?

Rest is not a luxury but a necessity. ✨️

Rest is wisdom ... the wisdom of your body calling you to re-set and heal.

It's been a very busy week of holding space ... I'm incredibly grateful.

But to be there for others, my own Rest is pinnacle to my mental wellbeing and health. (I have learned this lesson the hard way) and it doesn't need be that way for you!

Listen .. allow ... rest ...

And my furbaby knows this too! 🐶 🐾 🩷

Over the past few months, I’ve been moving through a lot of change and it has been challenging at times.

My refuge continues to be my yoga mat… arriving with nothing to fix, only to nourish what is here.

Deep presence… this is within you.

The questions that I’m meeting my practice with lately are:

How you begin your day sets the tone for everything that follows.

There’s a moment I think we often miss — those first few seconds upon waking, before you even open your eyes. It’s potent and it’s a choice point.
-
Instead of reaching for the phone (news, noise, comparison), what would it be like to reach for one thought that brings you back to what’s good?
-
Because gratitude isn’t just a “nice idea”… it’s our biology. 🧠

When we genuinely feel thankful, the brain releases feel‑good chemicals and hormones that support our mood and gently regulate the nervous system.
-
With consistency, our brain begins to seek out the good in life. This can be transformational! 🩷

Even your heart will benefit which is why connection matters so much.

And the beautiful part? You don’t need minutes. You just need a moment.

Try this today (20 seconds is enough):

Ask yourself:
“What am I grateful for right now?”
“Who am I grateful for?”
Take a slow breath and let it land — give it 20 seconds so it leaves an imprint in your nervous system.

Then notice how you feel?

Also notice how you RECEIVE gratitude from someone else. Are you at ease or a little deflecting? Maybe you could practice receiving a little more.

So ...
💚Feel thankful for the good in your life.
🩷Feel thankful for others who help your life flow with ease.
💚Think about how could flow it outwards ... with no agenda. Pay a surprise compliment or send a text to someone you care about.

There is something so nurturing about the forest.

Even the bare trees are a source of comfort.

I have been on an deep healing journey over the past month (and before) without knowing.

It has been a real bumpy road mentally but Im finally making a true friend with myself. 🩷 Self Compassion is a true healer.

Be kind to YOU. As this is also being kind to another. ✨️

My nature walks are a source of Divine Mother Earth hug.

Spring is in the air and no better time to remind us to also take care of yourself.

Life has a way harbouring our attention outside and often we forget that the "inner" landscape needs to be re-plenished and nourished.

I am so excited to annouced my annual weekend retreat away at the stunning Ballyvalloo Retreat Centre, Blackwater, Co Wexford. Fri 27th - 29th March 2026.
This weekend is not about fixing anything, it's about nourishing you!
