I attended the pregnancy + pilates classes on Mondays + I would say it was more than just antenatal pilates. I personally learned a lot from these classes which helped me prepare for the birth of my baby both physically, mentally + emotionally. The weekly classes were an easy way to cover various topics like labour, delivery, feeding your baby, post partum recovery etc. without feeling overwhelmed or bombarded with info. New mums were encouraged to share their personal birth stories with the group which was a privileged + unique element of the class. This really brought the learning element to life + although it was sometimes eye opening it allowed expectant mums to then be empowered + informed when it was their turn. During the antenatal classes, Adeline also gave me guidance which enabled me to continue running on a regular basis, something I wouldn’t have maintained had I not had this support. This kept me fit + healthy throughout my pregnancy which ultimately resulted in a better outcome for baby + me. I would 100% recommend this class to a friend.
