At 11.11am on Thursday I took this photograph, never in a million years did I think Kate would be asking to do table top with her hair tied up 💞 you have been / are the most incredible person in her journey & I'm so thrilled / grateful for you ❤ thank you for your patience, kindness, consistency, consideration & admiration shown to Kate whilst teaching/ showing Kate how to regulate her body ❤ ###
