The death has occurred of Patsy Reidy,
Coolasmuttane, Newtownshandrum, Cork.

Patsy passed away peacefully after a brief illness surrounded by his family in the wonderful care of the staff of the Mercy University Hospital, Cork on Tuesday, January 20th, 2026.

Predeceased by his parents, his sister Margaret and recently his brother Jimmy.

Deeply regretted by his beloved wife Joan (née Buckley), his much loved children Caoimhe, Karen, Fidelma, Bryan, Jennifer and Gavin, his precious grandchildren Béibhinn, Turlough, Róisín, Fiadh, Iarla and Noah. Dear brother of Mary (Geary), Joan (Moloney) and Imelda (Madigan).

Deeply regretted by his loving wife, family, daughter-in-law Sharon (Herlihy), sons-in-law Des O'Neill and Ed McAuliffe, sister-in-law Peggy Lynch, brothers-in-law Mike Geary, Gerard Madigan, Noel and T. C. Buckley, nephews and nieces and by his extended family, kind friends and neighbours.

Thomas passed away peacefully surrounded by his wife and family at home on Wednesday, January 14th, 2026.

Loving son of Ann and the late John.

Beloved husband of Helen, much loved father of Jimmy, Martin and Bernadette, cherished grandfather to Kathleen, Nellie, Margarita, Savannah, Jim, Johners and Tommy.

Dear brother to Jimmy, Jason, Piro, Paul, Anita, Margaret, Christina, Mayma, Theresa and the late Kathleen (Kaka), Doodley, Mikey and Paddy.

Donal, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving wife and family in Cork University Hospital (CUH) on Sunday, December 14th, 2025.

After eight years of epic struggle, many a seemingly lost cause won through courage, willpower and sheer stubbornness, his strength worn down but his spirit unbroken, this giant of a man is finally at rest.

Forever mourned and celebrated by the love of his life, his wife Kathleen (née O'Connell), daughter Shannon and her husband Phil, son Ros and his wife Maria, daughter Megan and partner Paddy, and by his darling granddaughters Havana, Saoirse and Sienna, his sisters Katsy and Deirdre, his brothers Diarmuid, Con and Paddy.

Predeceased by his parents Dan and Sheila, his sisters Réidín and Gráinne, brothers Tadhg and Jack and his grandson Hunter.
