Hey guys
I've had a few parents asking me if id do this. So I'm Gona put on a new.
'Teen Strength & Hiit Program'
Age 12 to 16 yrs.
Throughout July & August
(7 wks available)

Monday to Thursdays
Group 1 @11.00am
Group 2 @11.45am
Group 3 @13.30pm

There will only be 10 per group. If I need to I will get an extra class into the afternoon.

If you're interested in it let me know to secure a spot. Send me there names and choose one of these weeks or more is fine too.
July 1st -4th
July 8th-11th
July 22nd-25th
July 29th-1st Aug
I'll add on weeks after these just to see the interest first.
