Do this at least every hour and watch how more comfortable you become.

Happy international tea day.

The humble cup of tea.

Is there anything better to reset, to take you into the moment. It’s almost meditative. The steam, the heat from the cup in your hands. Even the process of brewing, in this instance it’s a cup of nothing fancy.

It’s there at the start- there’s nothing like that first cup of tea and toast after you’ve given birth, most irish mammies will know that feeling.

It’s there at the end, endless cups of tea as we celebrate the end of someone’s life at an irish funeral.

And it’s there for every bit in between, the happy and the sad.
