This Lent in endeavouring to stop trying to get everything done. I’m going to ease off on the pressure and accept that I can’t control everything all of the time. There are things I will need to let slide.

👩🏻As a chiropractic mother it is difficult at times to be all things to all people, as do most mothers I know, whether they work outside or inside the home.

So this lent I suggest we all try and take the pressure off and not aim for perfection.

Richard has suggested I take UP supporting England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 in the 6 nations 🏉 thoughts? 🤣

⚡️Your spine has its own built-in “circuit breaker” system.

🧠Inside your spinal cord are tiny neural loops called reflex arcs that can bypass your brain entirely. That means if you touch something hot, your body can yank your hand away before your brain consciously realises it’s hot. The decision happens at the spinal level
