Love this little bar. ❤ So filling, and a couple of squares is just enough for a treat. Also absolutely love how they use the wrapper to explain why they are different 😉 crafting their chocolate at low temperatures to protect the cacao polyphenols and buying directly from farmer co-ops in Ecuador, paying more than the fair trade recommended price. Today Wednesday 11th June is a Full Moon. June Full Moon is called the Strawberry Moon 🍓 linked to Native American tradition and the early strawberry harvest and it is a great time to focus on your Root or Solar Plexus Chakra.

I'm always asked about simple rituals to try. So here is a lovely simple one especially for the Strawberry Full Moon.

You will need a piece of cleansed rose quartz (for love and emotional clarity), sage smudge stick or incense for clearing, a piece of paper and pen and a candle if you like to use them as part of your rituals.

🌟 Cleanse your space using the sage, wafting it around your body, your room and your rose quartz. Letting go of your day and inviting in calm.

🌟 Hold your rose quartz, close your eyes, take a deep breath and whisper "I release what no longer serves me, I open my heart to clarity and compassion".

🌟 On your paper, write down one thing you are ready to release to this Full Moon, a fear, a habit, a feeling...

🌟 Tear the piece of paper up and bury it in the earth.

🌟 Sit with your rose quartz (by canlelight) and visualise a soft pink glow around your heart ❤ and enjoy the moment.

🌟 If you are using a candle, finish by blowing it out and thank the Moon 🌙 for its wonderful energy.
