In Person Pregnancy Yoga course,
starting 7th November ‘22 @ 19.00 🧘🏻‍♀️

✨ Pregnancy yoga combines gentle yoga poses with breath work and relaxation, to help you adjust to the changes in your body while creating space and connecting with your little one.

✨ It offers a space to practice many of the positions which are optimal for childbirth along with some of the many breathing techniques to help make you feel calm, relaxed and focused.

✨ offers a safe & supportive environment to practice, surrounded by other women going through similar experiences.

As a midwife, now working in NICU, I love getting back to my midwifery roots and I’m really looking forward to spending some time with you and helping you through your pregnancy journey.. 💕
