The internet is awash with sites demanding that you follow low carb, high carb, high protein, low fat, paleo or vegan; all very confusing, right? But what does all this really mean? How can you be sure which is right for your body? That’s where we can provide assistance. At New You, we want to help people understand the difference between fact and fiction and how we can make it work in your favour. By using evidence based upon the latest scientific research we feel we can help you achieve your physical goals. If you’re looking to lose weight, tone up or even just have a simple diet that allows you freedom with the foods you like, then New You is perfect. At New You, we’ll hope to simplify nutrition, exercise and well-being whilst also giving you tools for you to learn a thing or two along the way. This page is for anyone who wishes to join New You or even just learn some info as we’ll also be posting weekly practical information on nutrition, exercise and mental well-being. From being in the industry for many years we can empathise with people’s confusion in the area, especially when it comes to weight loss, and want to help. We have seen first-hand how losing weight and developing healthy habits have changed people’s lives. Some of the areas we want to help people are:

We follow 4 keys aspects that we believe are the true fundamentals for anyone who’s looking to become a better version of themselves.
1. Nutrition: As the old analogy goes it’s like putting petrol in your car; it’s the fuel your body uses, therefore, the cleaner the fuel, the better your car will run.
2. Physical Activity: This can include physical activity through exercise but also little techniques that can be employed to increase the calories you burn throughout the day.
3. Healthy Mind = Healthy Body: This is vital! Having the best nutrition and exercise plan in the world won’t work unless you apply it and that all comes from knowing how to set goals, how to manage stress or use visualisation to become motivated.
4. Everything Else In Between: Being healthy is an all over approach and a million factors can have an effect. Everything from sleep to how to food prep to eating out with friends. Tonnes of lifestyle factors can affect your ability to stay on track towards a healthy body and we will try to help with all we can. So, what services do we offer?
*Nutrition and Well-Being Advice
If you’d like some information on how you should go about gaining the physique you’d like then our nutritional advice programs are perfect; we develop programs based on someone with your weight, goals, preferences and past experiences. We do weekly consultations or alternatively in an online format. It doesn’t just stop at nutrition though, we give you resources and practical help about stress relief, staying motivated and exercise.
*Personal Training
When following one of our nutrition programs you have the option of paying that bit extra for personal training. This would be perfect for someone who has just joined a gym and is a little lost as to where to start on a fitness journey. Personal training can seem intimidating, to begin with, but we always start with the individual and the level they are capable of and slowly introduce harder and more complex sessions. Our Story

We are a nutritional coaching company which understands the obstacles that YOU face. Is a lack of time holding you back? Or do you put your families needs before your OWN? We have an approach which takes into account not only the individual's food preferences and tastes but also their exercise routine, lifestyle factors and social situation so many of these obstacles are tackled. Our specifically designed programs are proven to work and our clients have lost weight, increased confidence and generally improved their lives.

We developed this business as we believe we can tackle any constraints that are holding YOU back from achieving your goals.

The programs we provide include scientifically backed nutritional advice, meal sheets which are flexible and based on your tastes and preferences, home workout routines, regular support network and our food diary and journal. Most importantly, by looking at the individual on a whole with their own personal intricacies, we offer the prospect of gaining and keeping the body you have always wanted.
