Reduce Swelling & Bruising After Anti-Wrinkle Injections

Some swelling or bruising is normal—here’s how to minimise it:

1. Cold Compress - Apply for 10–15 mins, a few times a day.

2. Avoid Blood Thinners - Skip aspirin, ibuprofen, etc. before and after.

3. No Alcohol or Smoking - Avoid for 1–2 days post-treatment.

4. Skip Intense Workouts - Rest for a couple of days to reduce swelling.

5. Try Arnica - May help reduce bruising.

6. Rest for 24 Hours - Avoid all exercise to allow healing.
