Clare Meditation Clare Meditation provides Meditation and Spiritual Healing in the Chinese Esoteric and Zen Buddhist tradition (Hanmi).

There is no requirement to be "Buddhist" to avail of anything on offer. These beautiful, ancient practices are for people of all religions and none. It also runs workshops and classes in Creative Meditation: writing meditation, sung meditation, craftwork meditation and children's classes. One-on-one appointments are available also for most services. Classes can be tailored to specific needs and they, and healing sessions can also be done in private homes, numbers permitting.
